General Terms and ConditonsFootball Referee

  • Each team that is registered is contracted to complete the season until such a point that they do not qualify to continue.

 

  • Any team that withdraws from the league on their decision or are disqualified shall receive no refund of monies paid and will jeopardize any future involvement, they will also be charged for all games up until they are fixtured to be knocked out of the tournament

 

  • Only members who have paid the relevent fees may take part in the tournament, no credit facility will be made available in any circumstances.

 

  • Any team that fields players who have not paid the standard fee may be liable for a point's deduction penalty and the fee will still be payable.

 

  • If you are unable to attend or you are running late to attend your fixture, you must inform Pro-One Leisure atleast 48 hours before your kick off so that your opposing team can be informed and your fixture can be re-scheduled (if necessary). No action shall be taken if this procedure is followed.

 

  • Persistant lateness or failure to attend your fixtures without notifying Pro-One leisure will be disquallified and will be charged for the fixture missed and up until they are fixtured to be knocked out of the tournament. Failure To play in your fixtured games on a regular basis will be regarded as breach of these terms and conditions and your team will be disqualified from the tournament.

 

  • Any team which is disqualified for whatevery reason shall receive no refund of monies and will jeopardize future involvement.

 

  • Any verbal or physical assault at any venue towards Pro-One or any other staff or player will not be tolerated and you will be automatically disqualified from the tournament and will jeopardize future involvement. We will not hesitate to involve the proper authorities to resolve any assault on any member of staff or participants.

 

  • The referees are in attendance to ensure fair play and that the correct game play is followed. Any decisions the referee makes is last and final. Discent will not be tolerated in any form.

 

  • The tournament is designed for the sole purpose of having fun with a slight competitive edge. We see no reason why this should not be the case.

  • Whilst at your specified venue, it is imperative that their Health & Safety guidelines are followed and additional terms and conditions laid down by that particular venue should always be adhered to.

 

  • Once registration is completed for your team or sponsorship and is then cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply.

Injuries / Property

 

  • Pro-One Leisure or any venue will not be held liable for any personal injuries or loss/damage of property caused whilst taking part in the tournament. Items left in and around the venue and participation in the event is done so entirely at your own risk.
